Terms of Service

Effective June 9, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account on TIPT or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TIPT.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use TIPT. By using TIPT you confirm you meet that requirement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us promptly.
• You must provide accurate identity information (real name, real photo). TIPT is built on real connections.
• One person, one account. Don't create accounts for others without their permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Scrape, mirror, or extract data from TIPT by automated means.
• Use TIPT to send spam, phishing, or malware.
• Violate any law or the rights of any third party.
• Interfere with the operation or security of TIPT.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post on TIPT (profile info, messages, tips you send). You grant TIPT a limited license to display and route that content as needed to operate the service.

6. Connections, hookups, invitations

You may invite people to TIPT and connect with other users. You may also decline, cancel, or block connections at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the connection system.

7. Tips and payments

TIPT facilitates tip routing via third-party payment providers (Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, etc.). TIPT does not process payments itself and is not responsible for actions or outages of those providers.

8. Third-party identity providers

If you sign in via Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Apple, or another provider, your use of that provider is governed by that provider's own terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the safety of users or the service. You may delete your account at any time at Account deletion.

10. Disclaimers

TIPT is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet every expectation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIPT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
